The customer service representative roles are paying up to $13.00 an hour depending on experience. Candidates must be willing to work a 40-hour schedule, possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and have access to a personal computer, USB headset, and high-speed internet.

“Workers in Orlando are struggling with an unemployment rate of 15 percent, but the holiday season can be a light at the end of the tunnel,” said Renarter Harvin, interim site manager at Randstad US. “Randstad will help 100 local workers capitalize on seasonal demand for customer service roles and empower them to execute those jobs from the comfort and safety of their homes.”

The company is offering prospective employees great incentives, such as pay increase after successfully completing training. The role will include trainings and other opportunities for professional development, including frequent coaching and feedback mechanisms to maximize individual performance and growth potential. Employees are also presented with the opportunity of full time employment with the client.
