SA Seafood menu will offer po’ boys with shrimp, oysters and catfish served with fries. Customers also can get trout and tilapia, as well as snow crab clusters, seasonal crawfish, chicken wings and fried rice and lo mein noodle dishes.

SA Seafood is a new restaurant in the Fiesta Trails shopping center on De Zavala Road that is expected to open in late October.


Sides include hush puppies, multiple flavors of fries, corn on the cob and boiled potatoes. Most menu items are priced between $7 to $16, with the only exception being the dishes that include snow crab clusters ($18.99 to $22.99).

“We will be doing food that customers would expect at high-end restaurants, but we are making it affordable,” Nguyen said. “The recipes and techniques are the same. We want to be that restaurant where you will want to come regularly.”
