When you become a member online, we’ll bill you on a recurring basis. That means we’ll debit your nominated card or bank account until you tell us to stop.
To cancel, simply log into your online account, select ‘My profile details’ and click ‘Cancel membership’. You can also email [email protected], or call us on 1800 069 552 during business hours.
